996 Forum Introduction

Welcome to the 996 Forum. I must start by apologizing to those of you who submitted your name to me over the last number of weeks. Unfortunately, I have been exceedingly busy with work and having not set up a Forum before, and with no guidance, it has taken me far longer than I anticipated to get this moving. All of that being said, I am a very keen 996 owner (in fact that is my GT3 on the Home Page) and have been a strong Porsche enthusiast since we first bought a new Boxster (986), a ’99 in late fall of ’98 after being on a waiting list for a year.
